In this board, enjoy salmon, tuna, sword fish, pink sea-bream and other fishes depending of the arrival. Once received, the fish is brined and cured within 15 to 30 days before being sliced thinly into cold cuts! Great to eat with a nice white wine as an aperitif … Let yourself tempted!
